Hi and Welcome.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults and children, at my private practice in Los Gatos, California.
I graduated from John F. Kennedy University with a Master’s degree in Holistic Counseling Psychology. This means that I use a "whole" lens to support my client’s mind, body, emotions and spirit. My first area of focus is supporting individuals to unfold their unique voice, purpose, and meaning in their lives. Transition times such as parenthood, empty nest, divorce, perimenopause and menopause or health issues can often launch us uncomfortably into new places in life and in ourselves. These times can also offer great opportunities for personal growth and fulfillment. My second area of focus is working with children. The unique brain growth in early childhood offers the ability to make positive changes and anchor a strong sense of self for children. I have over 15 years’ experience as an early childhood educator, school director, and hold a Bachelor's degree in child development. My background enables me to work eclectically, customizing my client approach by drawing from a wide range of theories that support trust and growth in each unique person.
